The type of personal information we collect

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you in person, via email, telephone, or instagram direct messages, for one of the following reasons:

How we store your personal information
Cookies

Contact details
We also keep client names, contact details and email addresses of all current and past clients along with key project information. We also store the names, contact details and creative and product portfolios of our suppliers, subcontractors and members of the Collective. This information is kept electronically on a secure password protected on cloud storage facility. We do not share this information with third parties. In some cases it may be necessary to share key project information for the functioning of the project with selected suppliers or contractors, in these cases we seek direct permission first in writing. If you would like us to dispose of your information once the project has completed, please contact us in writing and we will remove your details from our database.
