A feasibility study to create a cabin hospitality project in Dorset. Pushed to the forefront due to the effects of the pandemic we were asked to do a research project to review the market and competition both locally and nationally, and find a profitable niche in the market and how that would translate into the design and offer. We also reviewed various sites for their suitability.
