Contemporary, Calm & Considered
Located within the new Kings Cross development in central London, the brief was to create apartments and amenity spaces that felt a world away from the bustling transport hub on their doorstep. In response a tranquil haven with abundant natural light was created. With a calm sequence of spaces, beautiful materials and impeccable detailing, these homes are a true urban retreat.

Timeless Beauty
The 60 luxury units consisted of studios to penthouses with many duplexes and dual aspect apartments offering light filled spaces. The scope included optimising the floor plans and designing all joinery including bespoke kitchens and bathrooms alongside wardrobes and contemporary library shelving. Open tread feature staircases allow light to flow throughout. Beautiful sculptural quartzite kitchen islands provide a focal point to the minimalist spaces. Functionality was also paramount and all finishes and joinery mechanisms were carefully selected to withstand the rigours of daily life to maintain a stunning home
